Of course! It can be said that Cityrun is the most adaptable to women's physical characteristics of all models. This is because it is a tailor-made bike that takes into account women's height and handling ability. The step-through frame makes it easier for women to straddle the bike, and the wider and softer saddle ensures comfort rides. This model focus on comfort, light and fast pedaling without strain.
Can I Ride Heybike Cityrun for Camping?
Highly recommended! A solid rear rack and front frame mounting bracket ensure super load-bearing capacity and stability, fully covered to camping needs, no matter how much gear you have.
Can I Buy A Spare Battery?
Of course you can! We have to tell you that extra batteries are always in high demand and out of stock. So, grad the chance as long as it’s available and shows on line.
And the orders for batteries will be fulfilled within our general shipping times as the same as the E-Bikes.
If the battery for your E-Bike model shows out of stock, please do not purchase any other Heybike E-Bike battery as it will not be compatible with your E-Bike model.
If it’s in urge need, we recommend you contact our customer service to help you register and arrange shipment when they are available. And you can also stay up to date with our inventory for an additional Heybike battery.
What Kind Of Weather Can I Ride In?
Cityrun can and will tolerate biking during most permitting weather conditions.
But, if weather impacts your visibility and has the possibility to affect your bikes functionality, we don’t recommend riding in such less likely safe condition. Please be cautious to it and would be better to ride in a safe riding condition.
