I have 3 of the bikes Tyson, Mars , and Horizon sunset edition.
Overall Im very satisfied with them, no problem at all and have many features with their price range and with the competitor.

I have 3 heybike and I love them all, I have Tyson, Mars, and Horizon Sunset edition.
I have only a few miles in on this great folding bike, so I need a bit more time to really wring it out. I can say that the build quality is great and the app works very well. My only real criticism is the abruptness of the power delivery. I am used to something a little smoother. Particularly from a stop. I'm not sure if this can be improved with a firmware update or is it's hardwired that way.
Overall I am very satisfied with the purchase and service.

it doesnt go 28 mph , only 21 mph and u have to pedal like an idoit to get up to 26 mph, backtire is worn out already at 600 miles have replaced a battery and charger, not happy with this bike and when I purchased only 1 year warranty
