I have only a few miles in on this great folding bike, so I need a bit more time to really wring it out. I can say that the build quality is great and the app works very well. My only real criticism is the abruptness of the power delivery. I am used to something a little smoother. Particularly from a stop. I'm not sure if this can be improved with a firmware update or is it's hardwired that way.
Overall I am very satisfied with the purchase and service.

it doesnt go 28 mph , only 21 mph and u have to pedal like an idoit to get up to 26 mph, backtire is worn out already at 600 miles have replaced a battery and charger, not happy with this bike and when I purchased only 1 year warranty
I chose this bike because of its amazing suspensions.
The ride quality is awesome.
Purchased in June of 2024. By the end of the first month, the tire tread wore down very low.
- Does not fit in the trunk or backseat of my smaller 4 door sedan.
- I wish I could have the cadence sensor set to one speed and still have full power available in the throttle.
- Replacing the tires has been a nightmare, as there are not many resources online that exist on disassembling/reassembling the rear tire for this specific make/model. As a potential heads up to others, you have to disassemble the rear brake in order to remove the rear wheel.
- This is common with ebikes, but the rear axel has dug itself into the frame. The axle has now ate itself enough into the frame to rotate and causing the motor cord to wrap around the wheel and create completely too much tension/stress on the cord.
I've reached out to customer service for further help on this process, we'll see how that goes.
