Great affordable bike that has met all challenges admirably. Rode it in the desert, beachside, rock trail, gravel, concrete and pavement. Very comfortable and easy to maintain and adjust. Keep up the good work and looking forward to future models.
I purchased the HeyBike Brawn and Cityscape over 2 years ago. The batteries for both still hold a charge just fine. These are powerful bikes and we have had no issues with the chains, brakes, gears, electric motor or anything else other than 1 flat tire. I recommend the accessories as well. I have mirrors, cell phone holder and saddle bag. Everything is high quality. These bikes have been great for us.
Poorly designed. The cruise control is directly under the accelerator so if you accidentally hit it the bike keeps moving after you try to stop it. The bike is clearly designed for taller people but the site isn’t clear. The pet carrier broke the first time I used it and my dog fell out.
I received my Heybike Brawn and it is all that i expected with the exception that the brand of hydraulic brakes had been changed from Tektro to a not so well known brand named RSX and the front brake calipers were leaking brake fluid. I asked for a replacement brake set and received it within a week. Customer service was only through email and received responses only once daily. It would be better if there were more local dealers or contracted repair facilities that can handle warranty issues. I had to replace the brake system myself. For this experience I think a three star is fair.
